PowderLink LLC – Rider Disclaimer and Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the PowderLink shuttle, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Definition of Service:

PowderLink LLC’s service is strictly defined as transportation between designated pickup and drop-off locations. Service begins when you board the bus and ends when you exit the bus.

PowderLink LLC is not responsible or liable for anything that occurs before boarding, after exiting, or during your time at the resort or destination.

Assumption of Risk:

Riders voluntarily assume all risks associated with transportation, weather conditions, and mountain or road environments. PowderLink LLC is not responsible or liable for you as an individual or for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of property that occurs before, during, or after transit.

Personal Liability:

Passengers are solely responsible for their own safety, actions, and belongings at all times. PowderLink LLC assumes no legal responsibility or liability for any person, including injuries, medical issues, or conduct while using the service.

Schedule & Delays:

Departure and arrival times are approximate and may change due to weather, traffic, or University of Utah/resort operations. PowderLink LLC is not responsible for delays or missed rides caused by conditions beyond its control.

Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded by riders once purchased. Refunds will only be issued if PowderLink LLC cancels service due to weather, road closures, mechanical failure, or University of Utah academic breaks. In those cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Insurance & Liability:

PowderLink LLC partners with a fully insured transportation provider. Any incidents, damages, or injuries that occur on the bus itself fall under the bus company’s insurance coverage, not PowderLink LLC. PowderLink LLC, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for you as a person or for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from accidents, incidents, or personal actions during transit.

Behavior & Conduct:

PowderLink reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who acts in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner. No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct.

Weather & University Schedule:

If the University of Utah is not in session, or if ski resorts close due to weather or safety, service may be suspended or canceled. A full refund will be provided in those cases.

Acceptance:

Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
