1. General Service
PowderLink is a student-run shuttle service partnered with Right Way Busing, a professional licensed transportation company.
- Services operate from the University of Utah to select ski resorts on scheduled days and times.
2. Booking & Payments
- Each booking is valid for one trip only on the selected date and time.
- All bookings must be made online through our website prior to boarding.
- Your seat is only guaranteed once payment is completed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for missed buses or cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
- If PowderLink cancels a trip for any reason (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues, or operational problems), all customers with bookings for that trip will receive a full refund.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Riders must arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. Buses leave on schedule and will not wait for late passengers.
- Passengers are responsible for their own ski gear and personal belongings. PowderLink is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the shuttle without refund.
5. Liability
- PowderLink and Right Way Busing are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
- All passengers ride at their own risk. PowderLink and its partners are not liable for personal injury, except where required by law.
6. Changes to Service
- PowderLink reserves the right to adjust schedules, pricing, or policies as needed.
- Any changes will be communicated through our website and/or email to booked passengers.
